Might just robocopy the inactive one into the active one. Probably exclude the appdata folder.

Script should be simple enough. Possibly even just calling robocopy to do the merge. The question is, in the case of conflicts which profile wins?

Well I don't think there should be a conflit - perhaps I should clarify this is NOT a full profile with appdata etc.That was foolish of me - these are folders for a mapped drive that also have folder...
